The price was good for the features of this scanner. It was easy to set up and I had no problems using it to scan documents or photos. I have not used it to scan slides as yet, but do not anticipate any more issues than with the other formats. I am using it in professional mode, which allows for much more nuancing than the automatic settings.
FYI, I am a 70+ person with no speciality technological training. I would recommend this product
I would recommend this to a friend!
