When this keyboard is working I love it. Periodically it looses synchronization with the computer, usually at a time when you need it the most.

I just bought this set for my 2600 sq ft home and still dont have 'great signal... Is light supposed to be on ? Any ideas for impoving signal strength?
If you unplug the router and then hold it in front of you and spin in a circle three times in a counter clockwise direction while chanting "Max signal" in a loud and clear voice the router will be set to max power, Or you could follow the directions in the online manual. The online manual solution will work best but if you do the first selection please post your implementation to you tube.

We are experiencing spotty internet connection (Comcast) while streaming on our TV, the router/modem is located in my attic office - is it better to purchase a router and get rid of our Comcast router/modem? Is it compatible with what we have?
