I ordered this TV on a Friday and it was delivered in 3 days - and in the time slot promised. I like many features, including of course the fact that at the click of the remote I can be on Netflix or Amazon Prime. What I am disappointed with is the lack of an analog audio out. So matter how I configure the output (optical, etc.) I have to control the volume with still another remote. The good news is that the internal speakers are really quite good and I can use them except for BluRay movies. Picture quality is excellent.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was expecting a little more excitement in the picture quality. It is not that much different from my 720p LG set. But my main disappointment is no audio out or headphone jack. So if you hook your sound bar up to the optical or use an optical to analog converter, you still have to use yet another remote. How Much could have cost LG to put a headphone or audio out jack on this set? I also find the toggling back and forth between streaming and TV awkward and too many steps. Fortunately the sound on the internal speakers is above average.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does this tv work with Alexa? And can I use Alexa to turn on and change the channels from another location? My 90 year old mom is in assisted living and not able to change channels well...thanks.
This is a great TV, but unless your mom is really technically savvy, I am not sure I would recommend it. You can set it up to work with a simple cable remote, but one mistake changing the input can really make it difficult. I would perhaps recommend a simpler TV that is not "Smart."
