the reason, i bought the powered klipsch r41pm is because i got soundbars for my tvs and i was not happy .. that soundbars produces fake sound .. but now with the klipsch,, it suits me just perfect . ..
my main purpose was to have a clear clean true realistic output from speakers and these klipsch did it .. i got this on sale and then 2 days later klipsch dropped the price another $100 and bestbuy matched it giving me a refund.. that i paid 1/2 off msrp .. thank you BB ..
when i first connected and played some youtube videos ,, the highs out of the tweeter was a bit crackle and a surprise ... but i was also aware that some speakers need a break in period and after a few hours of gentle listening , to playing a wide mix of music of classical to rock to singing to finding a high quality source to see how good these are ...
i started to get really clean clear outputs and started to hear what i wanted to hear ... so you should understand that speaker breakin may be necessary .. i also would not turn anything up to max volume that you can destroy your new toy and only kept it at a level just about shouting level as just a simple advice to understand .. and still get a clean output .. probably the worse thing to do is max the volume with a poor input source .. ouch . ..
a little advice ,, this is only 35 watts per channel ,,and is not a blast you and rattle the wall speakers . .. if you want that ,, then you need to spend a lot more money ... my purpose was to have a bright clean high end ,, and clear voice for just plain tv watching .. but if i would watch a 4k dvd ,, i would then turn on my 9.2 system .. so these klipsch are just for regular tv and some music from the pc ,, ordinary listening ... and these are perfect ..
the one test that made me realize how great ,, was playing pink floyd - time ,,, listen to the first 2 minutes, where there are bells ringing , clanging and tingling ,, it was as good as my 80's koss cm-1030 speakers 2.1 system .. but not at 120db .. . ha .. but if you listen on youtube ,, go to the official floyd website version which is good source ,,, and make sure the setting is for 1024k video ,,, if you are at lower resolution ,, the sound will be lower resolution listening too .. and if you listen to other people posting the pink floyd time ,, it may not be a good source output ..
lastly ,, if bestbuy would had the R-51pm, and on sale ,,, i would immediately buy them ,,, for my other tv and other pc ... these klipsch are my first horn tractrix and they did not disappoint .. and here is a tip for anyone who would like more bass output ,,,, put these babies on the floor and tilt them up to you so the highs are aimed at your ear position

these are no different from the ordinary RCA cable ,, what makes it better for audio ,, is it has way better insulation to block any interference to your audio signal ..
donna buy these if you already used ordinary one ,, and it works fine ,, but if you get bad audio output ,, you may want to get these ..

i donna like soundbars ,, and i had no desire to get one way back when they were first introduced .. but finally got tired of poor voice quality with my bedroom 24" tv and thought that at this time ,, soundbars should be of better quality and manufacturers know how to make soundbar work right ... and then reading a bunch of reviews that praises soundbar ... i got this polk as my very first one ...
and i am not impressed .. i even bought the yamaha yas-109 too for another tv and it is the same .. i decided on the polk and yamaha brands for their long history of being in the speaker business ,, and assume that the $200 price range would give me a clear quality output .. and avoided lower price cheep quality and not going higher price even if quality would be better ....
and besides ,, these soundbars cost more than twice the cost of my tv ,, but what i learned is that soundbar produce fake sound with all the options and you all know what i mean .. the physical positions of the drivers are wrong ,, they point up .. and not at you .. ,, but you may get brands that do aim at you but they are way more expensive .. with more drivers too ..
the use of hdmi-arc and setup ,, network connections and other features all add to complicating the operations and use and more ... and i am going to leave it at that .. you can read other reviewers to get more details ..
but finally i just got a set of powered amped shelf speaker and now enjoy a more natural output .. using the headset output .. and you will get a clearer output as long as the source is good .. if you see my photo ,, i mounted the soundbar on top of my bed to have the speakers point at me .. and it was just used for ordinary tv listening at night before sleeping .. so i may try to sell soundbar or give it away ..
last laugh ,, i noticed every soundbar brand advertises a selling feature is ,, the soundbar will produce clear voice listening .. ha ,, proves my point that tv sound is bad .. and hard to understand ..

Aug4, 2022 ~130pm, i picked up my yamaha YAS-109 at princeton,nj bestbuy, .. no one else was there for pickup but me,, and when the staff went back to get it,, while waiting,, i hear a loud bang and crash in the back ..
and i immediately thought is that my package and wondered ,, will i now get a dented box and sure enough it was , as seen in my posted photo ..
this is essentially a lightweight package as a soundbar, and wonder that a simple drop ,, would could cause such a dent in the corner of the box .. and because of the stiff foam protection, it takes a lot of force to make that kind of dent ..
however,, of course,, i have absolutely no proof it was done on purpose ,, it is just that it happened as i was there to pick it up ..
but i bet bestbuy has video of what goes on in that back room area ,, that will show exactly what happened .. but i just am wondering ..
so when i got home ,, i made a video ,, as i opened the box and the yamaha soundbar shows no damage,, and when i hooked it up ,, it seem to be working fine as of now ..
if not for this pickup situation ,, i would have written a more comprehensive review of this soundbar ..

i got this to replace my 1980's harmon kardon that has everything sounding like it is in a box echo bass chamber ... hard to understand voice and got sick and tired of it ... . but no more with my new r1280t ... and for the price too even though not on sale ..
i decide on this for 2 speakers setup and amp ,, i wanted quality highs and clear voices .. and not for loud blow you away thunder bass .. since i would use my stereo system for that .. i like to also thank all other reviewers here writing .. great sound and clarity .. .
when i first hooked up to my windows11 pc ,, it donna work?? .. ha ,, i had to make pc reload the sound driver to recognize this as a high quality sound system and reboot .. and then all evening i was listening to youtube videos of music ,, classical to rock and singing .. all totally enjoyed .. at medium levels.. and will not play to blow out your doors ..

as you can see in my photo , i mounted it upside down in my car .. as i donna mount anything to my windshield .. so this is my very first escort and buying on sale. . to see how good it does compared to my cheepie whister that cost $40 that you see in my photo too ..
i was not impress as for comparison , and i had many before,, cheep and expensive ones using radar detectors for decades ,, and understand limitation and performance .. but being more , way more costly than a cheepie ,, they both essentially do the same .. and provide the same warning .. the escort may be a little better in certain situations and features ,, but that is expected for what you pay .. and if you want to pay more ,, that is up to you ..
but if you want just a warning and not Mr. speed racer to avoid a ticket,, you need to get one of these ,, and it has saved me many times ,, the local nj towns will set up anywhere on local roads at different places and times
if you are a speed demon and expect this to save your but ... a radar detector is not your answer .. .go to race track and speed ..

i used this to create a backup of the original M.2 ssd boot drive on a new pc .. using the free samsung backup software was easy and simple ,, and if i remember ,,took less than 10 minutes..
i now unplugged it ,, leaving it inside the desktop for future needs ,, and will create new backups as typical when you use the pc over time .. or if the original M.2 fails ..
and when booting with this slower samsung ssd,, i perceive no difference in startup time and performance compare to the faster M.2 .. unless you are a nitpit-er and do performance testing to complain ...

it looks like you are doing a first time ota tv antenna , either indoor or outdoor ,, you may need to point your antenna to transmitting tower .. and get a signal ,, if weak , then the amp will boost the signals .. if you have no signal the amp will do nothing ..

if your question is real ,, my personal = no ,, for many reasons ...you would not understand based on your experience level ..
if you can spend $2k lens with $400 camera ,, i would recommend getting a bridge camera like a nikon p1000 or p500 series ..
and have way more of a camera setup for your experience level to use and save you at least $1000 ...
if you just a lens recommendation , i see bestbuy has the Sigma 8-16mm as a better match for you level and camera ,, to just answer your question which is for the wide angle view and auto ..and save you about $1300 .. .
if you can spend $2k lens with $400 camera ,, i would recommend getting a bridge camera like a nikon p1000 or p500 series ..
and have way more of a camera setup for your experience level to use and save you at least $1000 ...
