This unit is a backup for my central AC unit because it can run on a generator due to its lower current draw. I also use it when I want to keep the room it is in cool without running the central AC unit. The added bonus is it is Wi-Fi controlled.

Purchased these to use with a hybrid tube amp to replace an aging/failing surround sound system for my den TV. Despite the fact it's not surround sound, these make the whole thing sound so much better. I have another pair being used with a pure tube amp on my other TV system. Great sounding speakers.
