When will the Special Edition become available to pre-order?
The pre-order was available months ago but they must have opened it up one last time the morning of launch day because that when I was able to get mine. I thought I was going to miss out on the Pre-Order for this Special Addition but I lucked out! Out of 5 locations nearest me, literally, only one location had it and that one location only had one left! All day the day before launch (2/18/22) I kept coming back to the page to see if the "Purchase Now" button was available and NOTHING. It wasn't until midnight, the morning of the 18th, that the button finally appeared.

Does it come with the game CD? Or do you have to download it?
This PS4 Special Edition set DOES come w/ a game disc as well as a second disc that is a Data/Play disc (see included photos). As of writing this I've yet to get home and play it, so I'm not sure what the second disc contains.

It was available for Pre-Order months ago. They must have opened it back up though, LITERALLY, right at midnight, the morning of the 18th (launch day) because the Pre-Order order suddenly appeared on the page and I was able to select it and check out. There was literally ONE Special Edition left at only ONE of the five nearest locations from me.
I'm not sure of how many more PS4 Special Editions will even be available at this point.

is this power bank to heavy to carry around
Not unless you have ZERO muscles in your arms.
It is in no way heavy whatsoever. What it is, is awkward to carry, if anything. I don't know why you would want to just walk around w/ it in your hand though. Putting it in a backpack or purse would work just fine and wont add any kind of unnecessary extra weight to your bag.
