I purchased this in 2014. I am still using it 5 years later. I did upgrade the memory from 4 gigs to 16 gigs. And it accepted the Windows 10 upgrade with no problem. This is not my top performing machine, but it gets the job done. I use it for browsing the web, standard Office stuff, and streaming videos and watching DVDs. I also rip the DVDs from converted VHS tapes on this machine when the other one converting so I can convert two at the same time. I like the full size keyboard, and the wide screen. It is a bit on the heavy side, so it nice to have it on a table or something else.
I would recommend this to a friend!

How is the RAM configured in this laptop?

Standard is 4GB... is that 2x 2GB sticks or 1x 4GB stick?
Thanks!
It was one 4GB stick. I replaced it after 2 years with one 16 gig stick.

Does this product have a touch screen display?

Nope. But I keep forgetting that, and trying to touch the screen.
