Purchased this with the hopes of being able to mount it under the eave of the house. This is not possible without altering/manipulating/adding parts. Really liked the ability to have continuous power to the unit, but not willing to rig the mounting job. Ended up going with the battery powered spotlight cameras.

Bought one camera to try it out before buying 5 for our home. Gave it a month and loved everything about it. Didn’t even bother trying the competitions units. Having the ability to put this camera anywhere as long as you have a strong enough internet signal is amazing. The 1 battery lasted about 5-6 weeks on the first one I bought, but it’s the camera that’s going to have the most detections daily. 25-50 alerts a day at least. I believe a single battery could last every bit of 2 months in a low trafficked area.

Hi there. We’re looking for a booster for internet because we go up to our camper and its pretty much in the sticks its a campground and the campground has internet but we rarely and or pick up there signal and or its weak
The extender needs to be placed in an area that receives a strong enough signal to be able to broadcast it further. It sounds like you will need to have this extender placed halfway between you and the campground router or park closer to the campground router. Hope this helps.
