It's a nice, clean laptop. I actually acquired it for a business purpose so it's great for internet and your basic office-type functions. I won't say it's the best thing for streaming--especially wireless--and you would be better off with a wired connection to the internet which is available on this computer. If you're trying basic HD films or Youtube regular, you should be fine. 4K streams on my home computer with a more massive video card stutter and I have to switch down to regular HD myself. It's more about the speed of your Internet service provider these days than the computer itself usually.
You could pick up one of the $1000+ laptops with beefier video cards for gaming and/or video but I'm sure price point was a factor in your looking at this one
[Lenovo is a Chinese company who acquired the personal computing line from IBM when IBM decided to stick with business computing focus. I own a Lenovo Desktop purchased from Best Buy I turned into a multimedia server which has been running without issue for about 5 years now. It's a respectable company.]
