Open Range [DVD] [2003]
Kevin Costner's 2003 Western Open Range comes to DVD with a widescreen anamorphic transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 2.35:1. English soundtracks are rendered in both Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS 5.1. Spanish subtitles are accessible. Supplemental materials include a commentary track recorded by Costner. He talks about his theories as a director, his affection for the Western genre (a type of movie that, with this film, he proves he has absorbed), and many tales about the film's production. His commentary is as earnest and heartfelt as the film itself. A second DVD is full of information on the making of the film, allowing the viewer access to almost every aspect of the process. This is a strong disc from Disney/Buena Vista that will be of particular interest to any genre enthusiast.
A really superb Western that is el fantastico!

Not gonna lie to you. Never have and never will so...Here goes!
Buy this DVD (or Blu Ray) and watch it with your husband, wife, girlfriend, boyfriend, parents, kids, entire family, neighbors, etc.
Be prepared to be thoroughly content with your purchase and to know that this is a film you will seek out to watch every month or so. Or more. It is THAT GOOD! I gave this particular copy to my brother and his wonderful wife. Then I drove 800+ miles to watch it with them. Yes. I am a serious Cinema Viewer, LOL! They truly enjoyed the film and are more than happy to have it in the collection.
Oh yes. I own a copy too. Yuppers!
This film is HIGHLY Recommended by your humble reviewer. Well... As "humble" as I can be...LOL!

I am something of a headphone-aholic and decided to buy these to see what all the fuss (or lack thereof) was about.
No buyer's remorse here. They look good, are comfortable, the ANC is more than sufficient for my needs and music sounds like...music!
I could make up some stuff like the sound stage was sooooo

The first and third installments are the best with the 2nd coming in "third" place and the "Indiana Jones and the Crystal Cathedral" coming in last. It was still great to see Indy and Marion together and not even that goofball wack-job Chia-pet Laboof couldn't destroy the joy in that union! LOL!
Picture and sound on all transfers are exemplary! I bought a set for me and one for my brother and his most excellent wife!
So then, HIGHLY RECOMMENDAMUNO!

Look, they are for Dolby Atmos encoded films. The work just fine, look good doing so and were an upgrade to a pair of Atmos speakers that didn't look as good and were not as well designed.

It's too golly-gee-whiz SHORT and is therefor useless to me. My fault really, I thought I was buying the 3.3 foot version again.
I will cut this junque into pieces and trash it and just use the 3.3 foot cable I also bought. This one is ridiculously unusable for me and no...I don't want to give it away.
I should have paid attention to what I was ordering, LOL! :-) I can be such a maroon sometimes! So NO freaking way I would recommend this too-short-for-anything-I-would-care-to-charge-on-it cable.
I gave the 3.3 foot cable 5 stars. Yeah, it's the same cable but much more useful in the real world. AGAIN - It is my own fault for not paying attention and so I've paid the price and will trash this useless thing. If you have a use for such a stupid-short cable, then by all means, it is a five star item.

This iPhone from fApple actally works very, very well. I have had noting but trouble from my Motorola Z3 Play and Android Auto. I recently had Best Buy install a new audio system in my Mustang that works with either Android Auto or Apple CarPlay and the former just did NOT work well at all with my Z3 Play.
So what to do? I changed cables, I waited for updates, I put up with Android Auto not even recognizing my phone was there until I asked my daughter about her iPhone and CarPlay.
Via CarPlay in my Dodge Ram (I have not yet tested it in my Mustang but when I do I shall edit this review to reflect that experience) this iPhone does what I ask of it. I ask it to call my wife and it calls my wife. I ask it to play music via Pandora, SiriusXM or Amazon Ultra HD Music and it does.
Every time.
So...Highly recommended.

This thing is great. It cooks eggses (a bit o' Gollum humor, there!) perrectomundo every time. Every thyme. No...Really. It does it perfect every single time.

Is Apple CarPlay any more reliable that Android Auto? Primary use is as a phone but when in my vehicles I use Android Auto for music and that app seems VERY "buggy", including connection problems out the wazoo! I have just about had it! Thx!

Apparently Roku ain't talkin'. I gave the device a single star and would give it zero if I could. Oddly enough, I had to LOG OUT of my BB account to ask a question... I have this unit and today I may take it back. I have to keep disconnecting and reconnecting it to make a freaking phone call or receive a text. Kenwood? Do I NEED TO SPEND MORE?
To the Kenwood exper - I have an appointment with BB Car Installation on Jan. 11, 2020. I went there last weekend and the problem persisted in front of three technicians so hopefully they will just install a new unit that works. My phone works just fine in my 2018 Dodge Ram with Android Auto so I too think it is a faulty radio. Thanks for taking the time to answer.

Where is the serial number on the ACC1200?
It should be located on a sticker on the unit. Said sticker should also have the password and the MAC address on there. Just make certain to look for "Serial No.", "SN" or some such identifying nomenclature. Hope this helps! Thx!

Would it be beneficial to use more than one extender? What if I were to put a couple upstairs and a couple more downstairs?
I myself use two of these at different locations of our home. They work great and as I said in answering another question, if you have a device that is not WiFi capable but it has an RJ45 input jack, you can simply run a Cat5 or Cat6 cable directly from one of the RJ45 output jacks on the extender to the device and it will work just fine! Will this help extend the signal for all my ring cameras
If you search for this particular extender and then enter the password it should do just what you need. Remember to look for the name of your original WiFi router with an _2GEXT or an _5GEXT after it. If your device sees both, choose the one with the best signal strength accordingly matched to everything else in your setup.

Can this handle the new fiber 200gb speed internet i have from metronet
I don't have the specs in front of me but I think the unit is "only" Gigbit capable. My fastest is a mere 400 to 500 mbps via wireless. It's more than sufficient for me but your needs may require more. :-) If you need 200 megabits per second vs 200 gigabits per second (it may have been a typo on your part?) you should be fine with this extender.

I have everything hooked up, the green light is on the Netgear device. However, when I now go to my laptop to connect the wifi, it doesn't except the password that I use for my original wifi (Belkin) router. So, what am I to enter as the password?
If you have a 2.5 and 5 gig system make certain both indicator lights are green. No then, if you are using your original (Belkin) wireless router and haven't changed that password, it should still work. Check that router to see if you are using the right password (it's usually on the side or bottom of the router) as I have often forgotten it and had to go back and look to make certain I was entering it correctly. Another thing you can do if whatever you are trying to connect is close to the new Netgear device is to simply hardwire it via a short Cat5 or Cat6 cable via one of the ports on the Netgear to the network RJ45 input (provided said device has one) on the device you want to join your network. That's just one reason I bought this Netgear extender, because not all my stuff is wireless and this extended allows me to run a Cat5/6 right to such devices. . I did this with one of my devices and it works great! All the best!
