While this was indeed small and packable, I was disappointed that this did not provide constant flow of liquid as WaterPik products do. You have to pretty much place this right up on each area, depress the button, and just a single blast comes out so they you have to constantly shift over and depress again in order to cover your entire mouth. I'm just not convinced that this is any good at keeping all your gums and in between teeth truly clean as real floss can.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was looking for a secure and strong means to keep my house and vehicle keys together but separate, but did not want the flimsy type of separating key ring my parents had that is still sold at locksmiths.
The magnets that hold this together are impressive, but the locking collar ring clinched this for me, as well as the slider locks to keep each side from opening.
And it can clip to my belt loop, or handle of a tote bag!

Can I get this with a large cuff, the smaller are cuff doesn't give a correct reading on a larger arm
Any different sized cuffs available for this model are smaller.
It already comes with a cuff that is designed to fit 9 to 17 inches.
The Omron site strongly suggests that for upper arms larger than 17 inches, a wrist reading model should be used.

There is an update coming to the smartphone app (Omron Connect), so I do not know if the feature will become easier or stay the same for designating who a reading belongs to.
