These are.....well, hoses. They transport water from the pipes to the washer. All jokes aside, they feel strong, but are flexible. We used the same kind with the older washer we replaced and were still holding up without leaks when we installed these on the new one.

This microwave is great. It has a convection oven built in as well. You can bake things in it without tying up your full size oven. I've been really impressed at how well this works as an actual convection oven as well as a great microwave. It has more functions than I'll ever use, and looks nice as well. A bit costly, but I feel that it's worth it.

This washer has been great. For a 4.5 Cu. Ft. washer, we can get quite a bit of clothes clean in one wash. It washes literally twice as good as the last efficiency top loader that it replaces. The electronics are very nice and user friendly. The Addwash function is handy, to be able to add a couple things in the early phases of a wash without missing a beat. It's nice to pull your clothes out of the washer and have them half dry already because the washer spins to effectively too. Also, we love the dark stainless and it being fingerprint resistant.

This controller is great. The elite even feels high quality. It's slightly heavier in the hand (in a good way), the rubber is very grippy and feels very nice, and all of the button have a more crisp responsive feel. The thumb toggles and d-pad also have a nicer responsive feel as well. It also has toggles that install on the back of the controller for racing games, etc. The elite also comes with extra thumb toggles and a different d-pad if you like one more than another. They are held on magnetically.
All in all I love this controller, and feel that it is the best game controller for any console ever made - and I've own/owned almost every console produced.

This Sony A8F OLED TV is fantastic. It has a really fast refresh rate, extremely dark blacks, vibrant bright color, and overall looks great. I watch a lot of movies and play Xbox One X, and this television makes both activities more enjoyable. The sound is surprisingtly good, and the smart apps open quickly and respond crisply. The last TV I owned has sluggish smart apps. The remote is functional, and I love the microphone for Google assistant. Very handy when looking up movies, etc. So far this is the best television that I've owned.

what are the voice features do
The voice remote feature is actually the main reason that I purchased this particular Roku + device.
Prior to the Roku with the voice remote, if I wanted to find out if a particular program or movie was playing on Amazon prime video, Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, Redbox online, Spectrum, Youtube, or any of the other many providers - I would have to individually login to each service, search for the movie, and then logout and move to the next one and the next one.
With the voice remote, I just hold down the microphone button and say the movie name, and the Roku finds the movie on any and all providers and tells you whether or not it's free - included in the programming - or if you pay per view and how much. I love this thing, and I even bought a replacement remote rather than logging in individually on each site.

whats the tilt angles?
I searched the BestBuy and Rocketfish website, and no where does it display the tilt angles. I have installed 3 of these mounts now, and there is a fairly generous amount of play in the tilt to adjust the TV for different viewing angles in the rooms that they're in. I'm sorry I don't have specifics for you.

I purchased the rocketfish tilting t.v. wall mount for a 65" flat screen tv. How do I find out if the 4 bolts for the mount plate are ok for steel studs
The 4 lag bolts included in the package are intended for wooden studs unfortunately. You are not out of luck installing this mount however. Instead of using wood screws or lag bolts as you would use in wood studs, use toggle bolts that you can purchase fairly cheaply at any hardware store. Starting from the center of the stud, make progressively larger holes in the drywall and stud until the toggle bolt will fit through. Follow the instructions as if you were putting it through just drywall. You could likely get away with only using 2 top toggle bolts, but for extra security I would personally go ahead and install toggles for all four holes.

Will this mount hold my 65in TCL TV? will it hold the weight?
I have installed this same wall mount for two 70" TV's and one 65" TV with no problems at all. It is very sturdy and secure so it will definitely hold your TV based on weight. The only requirement is that your TV needs to have 4 screw holes from the factory on the back/middle of it. This is how the mount attaches to your TV. As far as I am aware, every modern television comes with these from factory.

If your TCL has 4 screw holes in a square or rectangle pattern on the middle/back of your television, then yes this mount will work. I've mounted two 70" TV's and one 65" with no problems at all. Very sturdy and secure, and easy to put up and install the TV's to the mounts. It looked intimidating when first opening the package due to the amount of screws, washers, and spacers that come with it; but this is to accommodate more or less every type of television within reason.
