Bought this for one of our TVs that is connected to Cable, Xbox, Amazon Fire TV, and Chromecast. It is reliable but sometimes can take up to 5 seconds to detect the live connection. Would buy another when we need it.

I bought this to replace an older WD Passport model because I needed more capacity. I was surprised with the higher transfer speed. both drives are USB 3.0 but the new one is more than 2x faster.
The only downside was looking for performance specs in the purchase process. I couldn't find specs like spindle speed or transfer rate on the website.
I would recommend this to a friend!
