Sadly, Best Buy does not care about their customers. If they did, they wouldn't have changed their points system so much. It used to be: buy something and get points. Then it went to different scales on how much you buy in a year. Well, they must have lost money on that, because it's gone as well. I think you had to spend $3500 in a year to get Elite status. I doubled that amount several years in a row, and enjoyed my benefits. Now, I really have no reason to shop at Best Buy. They no longer offer any incentive for me to shop them instead of Amazon, or another retailer.
