Hello -
Most in-wall AC's aren't very quiet. However, the newer the technology is, the more quiet it should be. We do currently have a 15 day return & exchange time-frame if you are unhappy with the noise this unit produces.

i want 120hz instead of 60hz
how can i change from 60hz to 120hz..I remember when I would press info it would say 120hz and now it says 60hz, can you plz help
It should automatically adjust depending on the programming that you are outputting. More than likely the programming you are trying to watch isn't available in 120hz.
