I haven't used the small bowl yet but the large bowl has great capacity and it's easy to assemble and use. I had a Cuisinart before & after 7 years the motor still worked fine but the various plastic parts (bowl assembly) had cracked over time & after numerous duct tape repairs, I bought this new one. Just hope the plastic parts last at least as long on this one.

No issues with Canon cartridges at all. My only 'wish' list item would be a multiple pack of the XL cartridges (more ink per cartridge). So far I've only been able to find the regular size in the multi-pack. Still, they last quite a while & I do a lot of printing.
