this is my 1st glass top convection oven range. I'm not quite sure I like it much. unlike the regular electric coils, when you spill something on this stove, like boil overflow, it has a tendency to burn. a few weeks ago I had this happen again and cant get bits of it off still. I have used a couple of different special cleaners and even the glass top scrubber, but it still wont come off. my husband was able to get most of it after he "put muscle" into cleaning it, which no one should have to do that on the stove! then the convection temperature takes forever to preheat, not like gas or regular ovens. I have lowered the temperature for cake recipes and bread by 15 degrees and still I have had 3 items burn on me! I hate it!

I like the tub capacity, but still having a hard time getting used to not having an agitator. sometimes I notice that there are "dry" spots on the heavier clothing, like jeans, sweaters, etc, when I wash, though I put them on the "heavy" cycle or deep water. I don't like when things like pants, sheets and sweater come out twisted because of the motion cycle it goes thru in the water.

I really like all of the cycle and timer choices...thought the panel is all electrical touch. but I don't like the door closing latch. it is hard to close and is loud when shutting the door. other than that, I really do like it. it is a bit deeper than my old one and I have to be very careful when closing my sliding doors to the wash area, where it is, otherwise it will hit the dryer.

I returned this item because it did not have a soap detergent dispenser nor did it have a dispenser for the liquid fabric softener. I had to pour both of them in the tub on the clothes. I had to wait for the rinse cycle and then pour the fabric softener in.....it would stain some of my clothes!

Does this washer have a soak option? If so, is it a set time, or can I control how long the soak? We had a front loader before, and we do cloth diapers. It's almost imperative to be able to have a soak option with cloth diapers.
yes it has a pre soak cycle. not sure how long it is, but if you are using it for diapers I would use a fragrance free detergent with bleach alternative...(if your baby has sensitive skin) or add a little real bleach.

My washer is showing "dr" in the display lone and it doesn't spin ! The water stays in it! What is wrong? I bought it less than a month! Please help
