The product works as intended, luckily, because it was literally the only vehicle charger in the store for a USB-C phone. Great product, just lacks fast-charge capabilities and for some odd reason makes my radio buzz when plugged in. (Not sure if that's a charger issue, 4 star selection was based primarily on charge speed)

I've gone through more phones than the average person, so I've dealt with most of them...and this is by far the best phone I've ever handled. Every piece of hardware is top of the line, I haven't been able to find any major issues. I've tried to glitch this phone up on purpose but it never missed a single beat. Even though I hate having to buy all new cables, the USB C connector is way better than the Micro USB insanity of earlier Samsung phones. Only thing that bugs me is the fingerprint scanner being on the back of the phone and not the front...especially with a case, it just makes things slightly awkward. I was a bit worried about pre-ordering a Samsung after their last disaster, but I really couldn't be any happier with the phone overall after using it for a while...well worth the kidney I traded for it.

Great case for impact protection

Overall this is a great case, another quality product from Otter Box. Wish there were more color options, but that's to be expected when you're trying to buy a case on a phone's release date...I'm sure they'll have more options soon. Would also be nice if they weren't so insanely expensive. I understand it's a higher quality product compared to some other brands, but seriously...it's a tiny bit of plastic and some rubber, not a space shuttle component. But it works as advertised and hasn't failed me yet, so can't complain too much. Would buy again.
