Copy and Fax features don't work

I bought this HP Office Jet 8710 less than a month ago, paid to have it installed,but shortly after this,when I tried to send a fax, it wouldn't work and the copy feature wouldn't work either. I had someone from Geek Squad come out, they got it running properly, but then about 10 days later, the same problem started. I got another Geek Squad guy come out, he got it going ok, but shortly after he left, the copy feature wouldn't work. He even told me if it did happen again, he recommended I return it. So, since I needed the printer for scanning and e-mailing purposes for the business, I will wait until the weekend
to return this. I will plan on having someone from Geek Squad come to install the new one, as things are not as easy as they once were for me to set it up myself, yet I was told I would still be charged $99.99
for this. The thing about turning it off and then back on again isn't working and no one should have to do that anyway.
