Great machine – quiet, smooth, and easy to use. There is however a rant; the stainless steel used on the top of the unit scratches VERY easily. Plastic clothing basket has basically destroyed the finish appearance in 6 months!

Great machine – quiet, smooth, easy to use and has not shredded any clothing or developed an odor in the past/first 6 months. There is however some rants; the door latch is stiff and almost requires slamming it and the stainless steel used on the top of the unit scratches VERY easily. The plastic soap bottle has basically destroyed the finish appearance in 6 months!

The digital controls are large and easy to use and understand. I think the products wattage is under rated; a bag of popcorn completed in 2 minutes or less (high power) is impressive. The exhaust fan is not super loud and moves a lot of air as it should. Easy to install instructions and mounting bracket template was included. Like anything stainless, it shows finger prints very well. The product does clean up easy and looks very attractive.

Not sure what to say, the product does mostly what the OEM and box claim it will do. The product is very easy to set-up; this type of thing is not in my wheel house, but I got it done quickly and long before throwing anything. Phone app is easy to use and handy as well. My only disappointment was the signal strength throughout the house (2700-ish sqft). The router is pretty centrally located on the first floor (entry way office set up); the second floor had 0-1 bars of service and the attached garage had nothing. Ended up needing a range extender which solved the problem but added another 3 digit fee of course.

The PC is lighting quick, unreal! This machine is a step down on processor over the machine it replaced (i7 vs i5) and I am amazed at how much quicker this new PC is with the newer gen i5 and probably mostly due to the solid state hard-Drive. PC goes from OFF to ON and usable in less than 90 seconds. If I had to complain, I wish the front USB ports were located closer to the base of the tower. In my case, the CD/DVD tray also opens with the backside of the tray facing me (play/burner is mounted vertically in tower); this means I have to get up and move to other side of tower to load/remove CD/DVD…Not a deal stopper, but kinda sucks.
