The old vent was at leat 10 years old and we'd neglected to clean it.

It's priceless if there's a problem.
Service depends on the tech you get.
I only gave it a three because it is inefficient because it always requirespond two or more trips.

Our professional installers will disconnect your existing dryer and existing dryer vent and place and connect into an existing 110V electrical outlet and test for basic operation.

The team at the Mountain View store was knowledgeable about the product and very helpful. I'd rate them a 10.
The dryer was delivered to Oakland and installed without a hitch.
All around great service and I was able to talk my senior old school Mom through opeating it over the phone. That is worth a 10 to me for simplicity of use, even for a low tech senior.
