This is one of the few smaller cases that my Best Buy had available, which I was hoping would be able to hold my new iPad Pro 10.5" and a couple of other things. Unfortunately this is too big.
And since the store was closing at the time of purchase, I was being rushed into making my purchasing decision. So, I had to quickly decide, if I want this case or another more expensive one, or a larger (cheaper one).
Now, supposedly, Best Buy is going to possibly "deny" returns to the store. It's nowhere in the Return Policy that they can do that. And since Best Buy, made over $30.6 Billion in sales, I don't understand why they would do such a thing. They are ranked #1 on the Top 100 CE retailers.
If the staff would listen to me, or allow me to comment on my orders, maybe they would understand why I've made returns.
Easily take your media collection and documents with you on the go using this Seagate Backup Plus Slim STDR2000100 external USB 3.0/2.0 portable hard drive that features a 2TB capacity for ample file storage.
I thought Best Buy was selling a "NEW" STDR2000100 for $69.99, and already owning one, having great experience with it's reliability and the life of the device, I thought I'd buy it from Best Buy. Unfortunately, Best Buy didn't really sell me a "NEW" Seagate Backup Plus drive. This one had apparently already been opened, and resealed, as if it were refurbished. And also, the box it was sold to me in was OLD. It was missing the advertisement, and information on how to access my FREE 200 GB of Cloud Storage through Seagate for 2 Years (if activated by June 30, 2017).
Upon bringing this back to Best Buy, and explaining to them what's going on, they just took it back. They didn't offer to exchange it for a new one.
