Latch does not work. Leaks!

Door Latch does not work to secure the door tight enough to keep it from leaking water and also periodically shutting off and having to restart in the middle of the cycle.
Already paid $120 to a "Maytag Dealer" for a service call who now says they can't do any warranty service since I bought it at Best Buy. Utter BS!!!
