This router is great, it allows you to easily manage your network. You can set times for children's (or spouses) devices and then the internet will stop working. You can create temporary passwords for guest and tons of other easy to use features. Not to mention it is blazing fast (limited based off your ISP). I love this thing. I love it as a GPS, sport watch, and just a sick looking rugged watch. I had some reservations about buying mainly the price point, but I am completely satisfied and I would buy it again without hesitation. Bottomline, it does everything I need and want it to do and looks great doing it. Battery life is good took it on a 20 mile kayak adventure a week after I bought and it still had plenty battery left. On regular use, using the GPS 5 - 6 times in a week it last 5-7 days. Stop thinking about it and pull the trigger you won't regret.

Will this speed up my wifi?
If you have an older router it may increase your wifi, however it is limited by your internet connect and the devices you are using. This is a very complex question to answer without having more information. What devices will you be using on it? What type of internet connection do you have (ADSL, Cable, Fiber)? What kind of router are you using now.

Is this watch good for sweet rowing and sculling
I row 3 days a week along the banana river, sometimes we do interval rowing, sometimes we row the whole way. I need to know if this watch will track distance, calories etc while rowing
It will on free mode track GPS and Calories burned but not sure how accurate the Calories burned will be.
