Easy to set-up but not completely horizontal

The camera tripod was super easy to set-up. It has the little balance bubbles on the tripod that make sure you have the three legs stable in the same lengths on the ground but when it comes to mountain the camera, the camera it's self is not completely parallel. I think this has to do with the twisting know. I'm not sure, but it's not good. I've bought a cheaper tripod on Amazon that is better.

Easy setup, bad service. The router actually decreased my internet speed by 75% when tested on WiFi compared to the Ethernet cable. After paying $20 in shipping, pretty upset about this.
