We love this TV. Not as good of a picture of as the Samsung but we paid at least 1/2 the price and I think the only way you can really tell is if you have them sitting next to each other. The set up instructions for the SmartCast and the Chromecast were very lacking and useless if you don't download the app and use your smart phone, but we made it work.

When we got to the store we were disappointed that we couldn't find any of the mounts we looked at online. This was the only one they had in stock that would fit our new TV. One of the Best Buy floor people said it was a good mount or we could order one. Since we didn't want to wait we bought it. It's a no frills mount that was easy to install and seems to work just find. I'd buy it again.

Great radio. Durable and simple to use. One of the few I found that still picks up AM stations. I don't use the weather band or the TV band but since Colorado Avalanche hockey games are only broadcast on AM radio, it works great. Good sounding and reliable.

can you connect speakers?
It has a 1/4" plug for the earphones, so I'm sure it can work for small or powered speakers. Does not have Bluetooth capability.

does battery drain in off position
I'm sure it does to run the clock and keep the preset station memory, but I don't think its significant. At least I've never noticed.
