The Sony - WH-1000XM3 Wireless Noise Canceling headphones are hands down the best sounding and most capable noise canceling headphones I have ever heard. Yes, they are expensive but they are worth it if you want the best. The hype is real.

Great for older laptops

This 5 GHz Wireless adapter breathed new life into my 5 year old laptop that had an unreliable 2.4 GHz adapter.
All I had to do was insert the adapter into a USB port and the device was immediately recognized, and the driver downloaded automatically. The next step is too select a network and connect. It was as easy as that.
After about a week of use, I find this adapter to be reliable and easily holds a rock-solid WiFi connection with either of the available bands. A speed test confirmed that my upload and download speed doubled from 48/5 to 105/11.
Important tip:
Go into the driver power management settings in Device Manager, and uncheck the box that allows the computer to turn off this device to save power. When this option on you will have to wake up the adapter after it is idle awhile, and I find that to be an unnecessary headache that is easily eliminated.

Can I have multiple devices connected at the same time for example an Ipod and my phone? If not are they going to have an update to allow me to have multiple devices connected simultaneously. Its a good feature for me and 350 should give that.

my laptop was fixed sometime ago by the geek squard and they gave me a new motherboard. I have been using a usb ethernet adapter cord to now get connect to the internet. can I get this so I can go again without being pluged into the router?

Will this USB adapter work if your desktop only has USB ports that are 2.0? The specs show USB 3.0 . I am also running Windows 7 that should work with this adapter. Thanks
Yes it will. USB 3.0 is completely backwards compatible with USB 2.0.

My son and I :) like to play video games on line (or PC games). would this laptop be fast enough?? I know I cant expect too much considering the price, but still...would it work??
You can play many basic games but this is NOT a gaming laptop. This laptop has generic video adapter that uses shared memory. For hard core gaming, you need a laptop with a dedicated video card, which this laptop does not have, I recommend you first identify the games you would like to play. Then read the specific processor and video requirements to play these games. Buy a laptop that exceeds the minimum system requirement for the best results and longevity.
