I was looking for a heart monitor and this one works like a charm. The Polar Smart Heart Monitor can be paired with the free app (same name) so you can track your heart beat while you work out. You don't need to purchase the Polar activity tracker (Huge plus! - I didn't want an activity tracker like Jawbone or Fitbit because I already have one) If you are at the gym and using the treadmill, elliptical, bike or step master, the machine automatically picks up your Polar Heart sensor and appears on the machine's controls. You don't even need to pull up your app. So far, totally worth it!
