Not much you can say about a USB cord except that its flexible and useable on any device that needs a micro USB plug. I've never worried about leaving the end on our (hardwood) floor. It works just fine in the car also. If you leave it plugged in don't spill any liquid on the end.

I was skeptical when I first saw the case and wondered where the front cover was. There is no front cover, but with a film protector on the cell phone face it's probably not necessary. I actually use a "broccoli band" as an additional protector for the two camera lenses.

Does things that a smart TV can't

I thought long and hard about buying the SONY UBP-X1000ES, but I didn't want to make all of our DVDs obsolete, so I went for the top of the line SONY. The set up was relatively easy and I eventually got to the software upgrade. My TV is an 4K LG OLED, and was able to access many of the You Tube 4K videos, but one feature that the SONY allowed me to access was the 4K mp4 video. If I tried to watch my "home movies" with the smart TV, no luck, but running them through the SONY- success. The one problem I had was after registering the product, I was supposed to get a couple of 4K DVDs, but for some reason, the serial number had already been submitted, (by me? or by someone else?), and even after explaining to a service rep in chat mode, they never gave me the DVDs or a credit.

Great implementation of OLED technology to TV

We replaced a 55 inch Samsung TV that was starting to fail after 5 years. I researched Samsung, SONY and LG online and decided to try the 65 inch LG OLED. The external dimensions of the unit were hardly larger than the 55 inch because there was very little margin around the picture area. The colors are vivid and the blacks are dark, (a main feature of OLED technology because the LEDs are totally off when not being used). Unfortunately I haven't seen 4K UHD yet because I don't have one of the new blue ray DVD players yet and I haven't felt the need to pay for 4K streaming. (apparently only offered as a separate subscription to NetFlix). I would definitely recommend this TV to people in the market for a new one, especially since they lowered the price by $500 recently ,and since Best Buy honored their policy of reimbursing the difference in price if asked within the return period- 45 d for elite plus reward members

My Epson ecotank et-3600 printer is fine for our purposes- we wanted a printer that would do 2-sided printing and would be economical in terms of ink. You are told that it does not do auto 2-sided printing, but you can specify both sides on each job, flipping on long side OR short side. I've been using the printer for a couple on months now, and the tanks are still over 2/3 full.
I have two complaints. First, I can not keep the printer from sleep mode, even having shut off the eco-mode as directed in the manual. In other words, with the printer in another room down stairs, I have to go turn it on unless I've used it within a few hours- this may have a simple solution, but I havent found it yet.
Secondly, the touch screen is VERY klutzy. It directs you back and forth between up, down, sideways, back and home buttons as well as B/W or Color- almost as hard as the Sunday Sudoku!

good for vitamins, meds and supplements

We were getting ready to do some traveling and I didn't want to keep the house at our usual 69-72 degrees. Since I buy supplements in quantity, there were lots of things that could spoil at temperatures of 74 or higher for prolonged periods. Also I had had a bad experience with a fish oil turning rancid. The wine bottle refrigerator is stable and keeps everything at 60 degrees (or even lower without hitting refrigeration temps which are not recommended.. Compared to the inexpensive Chinese dorm room refrigerators, this was a brand I could trust.
