Damaged and hassle trying to take care of issue

I went to a BB store to order. Item arrived damaged but does run OK. Had to go back to store 2x to try to settle things. Tried to reorder but clerk did not redo properly (not his fault...experienced clerk handed issue over to a rookie who was not yet trained and experienced clerk walked away). Went back to get a partial refund. Pretty big hassle for little freezer purchase. Item is OK except for damage...experience not so much.

Overall I love the product. I have used it daily and it is quiet and moves a lot of air compared to other fans I have tried. Rather costly but worth it so far.

What's great about it: Pushes a lot of air, quiet, love the magnetic remote.
What's not so great: Controls on fan are located at the bottom, kind of hard to get to and see but remote does work well.
