The person helping me in store was GREAT! When the hard drive was sent out I was told it would take 2 weeks. Never heard from them until 24days later saying they needed my password. So Im having a supervisor look into this. Very unhappy that I was pushed aside or just plain forgot. Thats all I needed was data recovery.
