pretty decent projector for the price

I bought this projector to replace an optoma hd70 that I've had for 8 years and had finally failed on me. This one has a brighter picture and a much shorter throw distance. I just wish manufacturers would settle on where they place the lens. My last one had it on the left. This one is on the right. Making me have to move my mount and patch up the holes from the old placement.

It's got great potential

The wemo is a great automation solution. It works even better and almost justifies the hefty price tag if you use it with ifttt. Why couldn't Belkin just build features like this into the app. It would have made more sense to have this device be able to use geolocation and scheduled actions all built right in. Instead you have to depend on ifttt app to trigger actions and tell a server somewhere to send a signal to your wemo through your home network. This can take anywhere from seconds to minutes sometimes. And it really sucks when it has a glitch or something and doesn't send the signal at all. Otherwise the idea works and it's a great use for the device. I just wish it worked right out the app like it should.

What's great about it: It does what it says it does
What's not so great: Do not even try to set it up without updating the firmware. Trust me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My case broke, I bought it for Christmas. Does it have a warranty if I set it up right?
Ive never registered any of my cases and they've always honored the warranty.

What is the max load it will handle? Can it control a window air conditioner (120 V, 12 Amps)
I don't have the specs on hand. Nor do I know how many amps your AC is drawing. But if it can't you could always hook it up to a relay to switch it on and off with.
