Cool but can do without

Well, this was suggested by the sales person when I bought the TV. It is kind of a cool device but doesn't really serve any great purpose. Makes a bit easier to enter data, however, so many other devices most folks already own (smart phones, tablets, remote PC, etc) can easily by linked to the TV that this keyboard is somewhat redundant. Sure it is handy if you keep it next to your remote but the necessity for it's use is quite seldom. Doesn't work well all the time either, very sensitive and inaccurate.

Although it is geared more towards movie watching as opposed to extensive music listening, it does a great job with music as well. A bit tricky to set up, must have some knowledge of A/V components and how they connect to the receiver. Must also be pretty knowledgeable on input / output set up and multiple compatibility settings. Pioneer does offer pretty good tech support and they are not to difficult to get hold of. Anyhow, hope this helps potential buyers.

Yes there is but absolutely NOT worth it. It is very slow and difficult to use.
