Excellent Movie - Lacking Customer Service

My wife is a huge fan of this series and the price was great for the movie and the bonus features. Not everyone is going to like every movie so I won't discuss that very much. The product itself includes a great movie cover with all the appropriate Hollywood information about the movie and includes the bonus footage, which we found fairly entertaining. The disc worked well in our PS3 and it was nice to have the movie on the first day it was available without waiting in lines or returning rentals to the store or redbox kiosk. My only complaint was on Best Buy. We preordered the movie and it was supposed to be waiting for my wife when she arrived at customer service pick up. They "forgot" to put her reserved copy behind the desk and had to grab it off the shelf. As luck would have it, they had enough to take from the shelves at the moment so it wasn't a huge deal this time. However, this just shows they got lucky. If the movie was flying off the shelves, the situation would've turned out differently. If I'm going to take the time to preorder and use Best Buy as my vender of choice, they should take the time to make certain my product is actually reserved and waiting for me. Customer service was seriously lacking this time around...of course I've been seeing a decline in Best Buy customer service over the past couple years, which really s*cks since I love shopping there - normally.
What's great about it: Great movie, BluRay worked well, Nice presentation
What's not so great: I wish BluRay covers were same size as DVDs for storage.

This is simply the best keyboard I've ever used hands down! I love the styling, the key response, bluetooth connection, AA battery operation, and ease of use. The only drawback MIGHT be the addition of a 10 key number pad, but not a show stopper by any means! I've used this with two of my Macs and both found my new keyboard so quickly it wasn't funny. No need to use a wired keyboard prior to installation - bluetooth found immediately! The keyboard is light, responsive, perfect size, full-sized keys, and very durable with the metal housing. After a lot of use, I needed to clean my keyboard and was surprised that it looked brand new after a quick wipe with some windex and a paper towel. I will never go back to another keyboard.
What's great about it: Immediately discovered by Macs, style, key response
What's not so great: Would like a 10 key pad integrated
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Computer Peripheral Ever!

I have used my magic mouse for a couple years and loved it. Then I saw the trackpad and thought I'd give it a try. Worse case, I still had my mouse to go back to...boy, was I happy I tried this trackpad. My ONLY complaint is it is hard to use for precise issues, but I don't do any of my photo editing on this particular computer. I use the trackpad in my garage lounge for my mac mini over a 27" monitor. The trackpad is easy to use, I don't need a surface to track on like a mouse, and it is very durable. It does take a few days to get use to using the trackpad and taking advantage of all the features you get, but I will never go back to my mouse again for just surfing the net. One of the best features is the ability to setup your trackpad just about anyway that makes you comfortable to use. The setup menu (already installed on OSX Lion) allows you to customize for double taps, right click functions, drag and drop, number of fingers for each and so on. The price is a bit high, but I've never heard anyone say how cheap their Mac products were. Of course $79 isn't really too much to pay for something I use several hours a day, still looks new after six months, runs forever on two AA batteries, and is so handy I can't think of what I use to do before my trackpad. If you are "thinking" about it - just go for it...you won't be sorry.
What's great about it: EASE of Use, Style, No Need to Move a Mouse Around
What's not so great: A bit pricey - still worth it!

I purchased two of these DVD players in the middle of the Holiday sales. They are pretty straight forward with nothing complicated about them...perfect for my 5 and 6 year old boys. Each came with a case to hang on the headrest in the car, a remote, the DVD player, and some breakout cables to hook the unit to a larger TV. So far they have loved watching their own movies and the peace and quiet I get is worth every penny....hahaha. I did buy them over the ear headphones so they can watch separate movies in the same room or in the backseat without competing to see who's movie is louder. The player exterior impressed me as it feels fairly solid and makes it easy to hold without slipping or a bunch of fingerprints. Great buy overall.
What's great about it: Size is Perfect, Quality is Fine, and Case is Tough
What's not so great: None so far

Great Speaker - Excellent Price!

My wife and I bought the Z515 for sitting around the garage or grilling on the patio. Neither our laptop, iPad 2, nor smartphones are loud enough to really enjoy our music while just relaxing outside. This speaker system allowed us the freedom to cut all the cables...no power & no connection cables! Bluetooth couldn't have been easier for any of these devices, the power is more than adequate for just hanging enjoying company, and the rechargable battery lasts a long time. Obviously not the system to entertain larger parties, but it wasn't designed for that purpose. We tend to turn the volume to full on the speaker and control the actual listening volume from our Bluetooth devices. We recently took the speaker with us on a road trip and the sound quality in our hotel room was excellent. We've never used the USB transmitter since our devices all have Bluetooth already. We loved the Z515's features and sound quality so much we started buying more to give to our adult kids this Christmas. Good deal at full price, even better when they are on sale for $59. You won't be disappointed.
What's great about it: Portability with no cables!
What's not so great: A remote control might have been a nice feature.
