Solid performer, but not designed for the 6s Plus

Mophie didn't redesign this case for the slightly different dimensions of the 6s Plus, though they say Apple recertified them and it "works fine". It's actually a really tight squeeze—I ended up carefully using a LEGO separator to remove my phone again.
The good news is that you really won't need to remove your phone. Charging, syncing, and photos all work just fine with a Micro USB cable (the case connects to your phone's Lightning port, but exposes only a Micro USB port for charging itself and the phone.)
It definitely makes the phone bigger and thicker, but for me and my large hands, that was a win.

Pretty easy to write on and easy to see. Beware the phone app that promises to store pictures, though—it needs you to put down the Jot on a very light-colored surface and it needs really good light in the room to work well.

The Yoshi games have been plagued by some pretty iffy outings over the years… but this game is the real deal. Buy buy buy.

Our Tracfones came with a double-minute benefit, so these cards add 120 minutes every time we use them—we don't use minutes much, so this is plenty. They also earn My Best Buy points, so hurrah for rewards.

There's not a whole lot to say about a Top-Up card: you put the number into your Virgin Mobile account, and you have credit. But it qualifies for My Best Buy points, so you can earn rewards points paying for your phone service with these cards.

Good for $10, but doesn't protect screen if open

For $10, this is a pretty nice flip case. It covers all the surfaces of the iPhone 6 Plus (and fits my iPhone 6s Plus!), but the screen protrudes a minute amount from the corners that hold the phone. If you have the misfortune to drop the case while open or if the magnetic lid flips open while the phone is hitting the ground, the screen will hit the floor.

Great speakers for a home office

I just got back from the store with this speaker set after coming in a little upset over the Logitech Z523 I was returning. Those speakers sounded awful. These do not—in fact, they sound better than I expected for their price point!
The subwoofer probably won't please bassaholics—that said, I find it sounds even better than it did in the store, adding a very nice dimension to my music without being overpowering. The clarity is excellent with all kinds of music, and, although I was concerned that the speaker's only control is a volume knob, I've found I don't need to do any kind of equalization to get great music out of it.
And Bluetooth! I'm kind of blown away that a speaker at this price point has Bluetooth, but it's there, and it works great, if you don't mind reaching behind the subwoofer for the pair button the first time you use it with a new device. I've got iTunes on my MacBook Air playing through it right now and I love it.
What's great about it: Sounds good without being overpowering, Bluetooth works great!
What's not so great: Bluetooth pair button on back of subwoofer is hard to reach
I would recommend this to a friend!

Chewed up my music and spit it out

Holy cow, these speakers are awful. I wasn't expecting amazing sound or anything, but everything I piped through them became an entirely unlistenable mess without severe PC-side equalizer correction. The bass knob is useless--there's a tiny window between "completely dead" and "way too much", and in the middle is only reasonable bass, not a reasonable sound shape.
There are much better speakers available at this price point, like the Creative T3150 (which also have Bluetooth, and frankly don't need a bit of adjustment save volume.) If you care about anything apart from ridiculous bass, save yourself the trouble and just avoid this awful set.
What's great about it: Lots of connection options
What's not so great: Sounds positively awful
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm not understanding how this works.
Does this card give me 400 minutes per month for a year? Or will this just give me 400 minutes to last me the entire year?
You will get 450 minutes added to your minute balance, and you will get a year added to your time balance before you must buy a Tracfone card again.
Minutes and time are separate balances. If you run out of minutes, you can't make calls anymore. If you run out of time, your phone stops working and you may lose your number. Keep them both in the black and you can keep using your Tracfone.

I don't see why not. Tracfone advertises that double-minute benefits work with all minute cards, so this one should triple for you.
