picture looks good - not WOW. HDR on this item actually hurt image quality on TV and PS4 Pro. Colors never popped and when called customer service to find out why - the agent tried to tell me that it is normal for the colors to be "washed" out and not as vibrant - she tried to really tell me that. Regret my purchase and in the process returning. Going to spend the extra money on a quality product not this average one. I would steer clear. Will never go to a Samsung ever again.

In order to maintain long battery life, what operating practices should be done with the laptop?
I have been working pretty solid on this laptop for 4-5hour clips and still haven't had to plug in during those stretches. I find absolutely no issue with the battery life. Obviously having the power settings set right will maximize battery performance, but I don't see any viable issues with battery life.

I would like to know how long or fast would it take for a high school student to fill the dell xps 13 with 4gb of memory and 128gb of storge
If you're not planning on a huge load of music or a bazillion images - this laptop would be absolutely perfect for school. Its slim and sleek and takes up zero room and is very light weight. You can handle a pretty solid work load with the 128GB. Always have the flash drive answer too :)

Touchscreen?
Is this the touchscreen model or the non-touchscreen model? I'm looking for the non-touchscreen model, but one of the reviewers mentioned the touchscreen, so I'm uncertain.
I have the same specs on the laptop and this is a non-touch. Awesome laptop either way.
