365 is the way Microsoft sells their programs now, as a subscription, annually. If you want only one, such as Word or Excel, you still have to pay for them all. Still, they're the world standard.

This was recommended by my Geek Squad agent. He was right. It is incredibly fast and extremely efficient, as well as reliable. I open Photoshop and other Adobe products in 2-3 seconds. I save massive animation job files in less than two seconds. My Lenovo Y series came with a hybrid drive, so I already enjoyed some advantages of SSD, but going all SSD exceeded my expectations. I can't recommend this drive enough.

I had wifi, but wanted way more range and power, plus wanted my own so I could be responsible if any problems arose rather than waiting for those rascals at the ISP to get around to dealing with it for me. Turns out, easy to install and zero problems, and the range is great. Netgear57 runs in my home office while I sit hundreds of feet away down to the shore, out on the pier, and at the far end of the boathouse on the swing to work on my laptop while bald eagles and great herons soar over the water. Good equipment at a great price.

I upgraded with 16GB of RAM and added and external 1TB drive and 23" Toshiba monitor so I can work on the laptop screen while viewing creative product on the added monitor. I can't begin to list all the ways this machine met or exceeded my expectations, but a few include: the hybrid drive works as an instant-access scratch pad for Creative Cloud apps and--combined with the processing power in this machine--actually (first time ever for me) keeps up with me. It's the speed and capacity needed for massive complex files and fast work, something I didn't think a laptop could do. This machine marks my first foray into tracking pad instead of mouse, and added touch-screen to enhance the keyboard and cursor rather than replace them. Again, the speed and choices for how I work are what this machine offers. The backlit keyboard and it's fast soft feel were unexpected bonuses. I intended to buy another brand, thinking Lenovo was out of my reach, but the package I put together at Best Buy fit my budget but offered a lot more.Two people I distance-work with have just upgraded to the same Lenovo model with expanded RAM.

An earlier question regarding Microsoft Office resulted in a response that Office 365 was available with a subscription. Does this mean it will not support the full Microsoft Office Suite?

Does this all-in-one have built in firewalls?
It's a Windows 10 machine (includes Windows Defender), and Best Buy includes the first six months of TrendMicro (and offers a deal on longer). Defender and Trend will do you. Best Buy offers Webroot, so if you find yourself out in the wilderness from time to time, you can upgrade your security. Trend is plenty for people looking at a computer under $500, generally.

Can this run like small games ROBLOX, Minecraft etc?
I don't play games, but I do own gamer computers needed for my graphics work (Photoshop, video, animation). I bought this for a friend who only does word processing. While setting it up for her, I was struck by how much it's a good solid machine with a decent processor, but for playing any kind of game in real time, I'd be looking for something with a separate graphics processor and a good level of RAM (not the couple of this machine, but at least 8, if not 16). So, I didn't try games on it, but unless someone specifically endorses that, I'd be wary. Better specs are a bit more expensive (or way more), but if you're gaming, look for a machine ready for gaming. A sub-compact car can get you around town, but for taking the whole crew on a cross-country road trip? Well, maybe, but I wouldn't count on it. Or want to try. Try it in-store and find out for yourself.

Does it really have a DVD reader? i Don´t see it in the pictures
Yes, it's in the box, a handheld plug-in for use whenever needed without taking up space that inhibits the portability. Keep it at your desk or in your portable carry case.
