Great Fridge/Freezer

My family uses this as a Refrigerator, and we love it. We are vegetarians and eat a LOT of produce, and it is awesome to have such a large appliance set as a dedicated refrigerator. The inside is nice and bright + the depth is such that it is easy to see and reach everything that is at the back of the shelves. We used to have an LG that at the time we purchased it, it was the largest standard appliance on the market. It was horrible, things were always lost in the back of the unit (because of the depth), forgotten and only dug out by the fridge archeologist when the food was well past prime. With the Fridgidaire - Gallery that problem is long gone. We purchased some clear plastic organizers and our food and fridge looks like something out of a magazine now. Loving this unit.

Left or right hand handle capability? Also, 29" depth includes handle or not?

The manual I have shows that the door can be switched to open either way... but it looks really complicated, they have the unit lying completely flat on the ground, on it's back, to do the change over. This thing is deeper than 29", we just barely made it through my front door (I had to take the house door off it's hinges). The delivery guys were great and waited patiently while I took care of things. The fridge/freezer door does not come off easily (see above), and there is a freon line that comes up the front, so even if the fridge door was removed you would not gain much room.

I just measured my unit and it is 30 and 1/4 inches front to back not counting the handle. The handle adds maybe 2 more inches.
