Great size, speed, look

I really like almost everything about this oven: Size, speed of preheat, look, etc. the box looked really huge, but once I put the oven on the counter under a cabinet, it was not much bigger than the previous toaster oven, but instead is more square. The outside is very smooth and not many crevices to gather dirt, grime or crumbs.
Let's talk performance. There is on selector buttonl which you spin to the function (toast, broil, dehydrate, etc.) . the second button changes the options. On toast, for example, you can change the number of slices, then click to toggle and switch the 'doneness' of the toast. then you push the start button and you're done! On bake, you change the temp and the time the same way.
As mentioned, this really heats up quickly without heating up the kitchen--- waaaaaay faster than a big oven. When the function is done, there is a dinger, but the volume is very low (thankfully! It's not insistent like some dingers...).
The bottom drip tray is easy to pick up and wash in the sink. The chrome shelf and air fry basket slide in and out easily. the shelf is not 'fixed' like in most toaster ovens. So, you have to move it to the middle to toast bread or bagels, but insert it in the lower slot for baking in a dish! I tested the shelf strength with a heavy glass 2 quart casserole, loaded with au gratin potatoes. As you can see in my photo, you can pull the shelf out a long ways.... not tipsy at all! The light inside the oven comes on while in use and goes off when you;'re done. I like it! So simple to use.
And the biggest benefit? Yes! It holds a standard 13 x 9 pan of brownies!!!! I have wondered forever why toaster ovens 'almost' hold a brownie pan! This one does!
note- a small thing, but I saw that the box said "Kitchen Aid- An American Brand!" in three languages, but the oven was made in China.

This is my second Shark DuoClean upright vacuum and I feel it is an improvement over the last, which was excellent! I wanted a second one so I could leave one upstairs and one downstairs. I am not disappointed and am so glad I have this one!
I live on a dirt road in the country, with dogs, people, pollen and spiders constantly invading my home. This machine is different than previous ones in that it has rubber 'fins' instead of a bristle brush. These fins, combined with the soft roller, attack hard floors and carpets and remove the dirt and particles. The rubber fins do not harm anything, but help dislodge mud and debris easily.
This comes with an upholstery attachment that really showed me how well it worked when it quickly to grab all the dog and goat hair from my dark fabric recliner! Excellent. The animal hair tends to embed itself, but is not match for the fins! The rubber fin yanks that hair right out of there! So perfect!
This shark, like the others, is so convertible at a touch notice that I can pull out the wand to such away spider webs on the celing, or carry it up the stairs to vacuum the treads. You can easily see in the bin if it is getting full. A little click and a trip to the outside dust bin and it's empty and ready to suck up more dirt.
I love that the filters on the shark are washable. I already ordered a spare set so that I can wash them frequently and always have a dry set to put in the machine. We have really fine dust and lots of pollen, so the house is always clean with my sharks!

Precision pointing, smooth scrolling

Working from home, I use my personal computer a lot more. After having the battery in my wireless mice die in the middle of the night, I decided that I needed to have a corded mouse on standby duty! The M500 is a very nice mouse, reasonably priced and works like a charm. I have been using logitech products for a long time and have never been disappointed. The M500 is a full size mouse and provides good wrist support and angle-- I have RA and this is very important to me.
I downloaded the Logi Options software and it is pretty slick as you can swap button functions and save the settings in your own logi cloud for when you move it to a different computer. I elected to keep the buttons programmed as they came, but will explore more later. A great feature for me was the center button, right behind the scroll wheel, which lets you switch between smooth super fast scrolling and scrolling with the feel of turning a cogwheel. Having the tactile feel lets me know how far I will scroll, and having the option to put on smooth fast speed for really long documents is great! I currently use a K580 bluetooth keyboard and wish it was connected to the Logi Options software, but maybe in a future update!
Overall, this mouse delivered what I expected. Great quality, good price and peace of mind.

Great with hearing aids!

FIT: I have been working at home and earphones with mic are a must for online meetings and consultations. I wear in-ear canal hearing aids and have used OVER the ear headphones in the past as I cannot wear earbuds. These Jabra headphones are ON the ear, which makes them not encompass the ear, just sit on top. So if you are used to over-the-ear, this may take a little getting used to as they are not parallel with your head, but rather tilt forward a bit. If you find them sliding off if you look downward, push the top towards the back of your head and perhaps tighten the fit.
Physical: Now, the headphones! very lightweight. All of the control buttons are on the right earphone, so that can help you distinguish it. They also put R and L into the speaker covers! See the pic.
Battery: The battery seems to work as promised! It took about an hour to fully charge out of the box. I used them on and off for two days without charging!!! It is set to auto shutoff within about 20 minutes of no sound. These is a marvelous feature! I also can give you several hours of sound if you just give it 15 minutes of charge tim.
Phone app. I am a fan of the Jabra Sound+ app for my iPhone. It takes you through a personal sound hearing test to adjust the output for your hearing! As a wearer of hearing aids, I chose to align them with my hearing aids on. It would be great if there were a multi-profile option in the app. Within the app, you can also choose a noise profile for when you just need some white noise, wave sounds, etc. This is through the widgets. The other plus is the "locate" feature. If you can't find your headphones, you can find the spot where they were last attached to you phone!
Microphone. I have talked to a couple of people with the mics and they say that my voice sounds fine. The headphones have two mics which is meant to distinguish your voice over extraneous noise.
Overall, I really like these earphones for a lightweight use, especially for video conferencing. They are much smaller than my over-the-ear headphones and look a bit more professional. With hearing aids, I don't have the option to use more discreet ear buds, so the Jabra Elite 45h seems the best choice.

Right-sized coffee maker for one

Working at home for the last few months has made me really miss the office coffee pot! At work, there was always coffee just steps away from my office. At home, I have a 12-cup Mr Coffee, but after we drink the first pot, I don't make more because of going back and forth to the kitchen. (Plus making 4 or 5 cups in the big pot seems weird to me, somehow).
Enter the 5-cup (that's 25 oz) Mr Coffee!! This machine is sleek and small, taking up little space. The lid opens 'sideways' which enables it to have a flat top, which is easier to keep clean! With auto shutoff at two hours, this machine is just the right amount for the second half of the morning. This is an uncomplicated coffee maker for those who just want some good coffee. Yes, it has a timer, but that's it! No frou frou buttons, attachments, frothers, or steepers, it's a Mr Coffee!
I have the machine upstairs in my home office and set it up the day before. That way, when I am deep in a project about 10 a.m., I can push one button and, voila'!, fresh, hot coffee in minutes. My side hustle is a goat farm and I am looking forward to taking this with me to the barn in January when the goats are kidding. This machine is very portable and easily fits into a shopping bag, along with other supplies.
Also, we are returning to work on a limited basis soon, and will not be operating the community coffee pot (for virus protection?), so this little beauty is going with me! I bet a lot of folks at my office will be buying one of these soon.

Best Pet Hair vac EVER!!!!!

I live on a ranch, with dogs and goats shedding hair constantly. The dogs like to ride in the truck and the humans get covered in goat hair while working. The 'farm' truck which never goes anywhere but moving stuff on the farm, is literally covered in dog hair. This Shark vacuum scrubbed it right off with very little effort on my part. Picture worth a thousand words! Check out the blue truck seat and it's easy to see where I used the vacuum and where I did not. This seat had probably not been vacuumed in years, but it took only four or five minutes to really get the hair sucked up!
Like all Sharks, it's easy to dump the dirt and hair. Charges quickly and it doesn't weigh much. For the tough areas, the hair had embedded itself, so I used different directions with the rotating pet tool to try to coax it out. Worked like a charm!!! It even worked on the carpet in the tan truck. This vacuum is ideal for those who have animals in and out of the car. It also works on upholstery inside the house, nooks in the carpet, well, just everwhere!

Small and Mighty! Storage to go.

This little SSD is a powerhouse of storage. It was packed very nicely and cam with both USB-C and standard USB cables, so you can attach it to anything. The same size as a credit card, only thinner, this little beauty can easily be taken almost anywhere.
Definitely a plug and play storage device, I offloaded a ton of photographs from the hard drive of my laptop and it took very little time. I have attached it to a tablet, two different laptops and a desktop and the info is right there!
As I stated, it is quite compact and only has a power light and a socket to plug a cord into. The only thing that would make it better would be if it had a way to attach a cord or keyring to it.

removed temperature guessing!!

The best part about this thermometer is that it removes temperature guessing. I have some other digital thermometers, but always have to look up the correct temperature for a particular cut of meat. The app removes that problem.
I found it (mostly) easy t set up. Once it is paired, it is easy to use. The problem I had was opening the battery compartment. Very difficult! Once it opened, the tab broke off, so I have painters tape keeping the lid on. Since this is not a daily use item, it's no big deal, but still should not have happened.
Using the thermometer is easiest in a larger cut of meat. Tried it on pork chops and it either fell off or penetrated the meat. I don't have problems cooking individual servings, so using this for roasts, turkey, pork rolls, etc. will be nice!

Wow. This little scanner is marvelous. I am already thinking of when and why I will use it. Measuring 12 x 2 x 1.5", it would easily fit into any laptop case or backpack. Scans one item at a time. You can scan anything from a business card/credit card, to something 8.5 inches wide. And fast!! There is a small lever which you adjust to the size of the item being scanned; this keeps the item going straight through
The software makes scanning a breeze. Simple place your item, face up, in the scanner and press scan. After you scan a page, it allows you to 'add' other scanned pages to the same document. You have a choice of save formats, including jpeg, pdf, txt and rtf. You can save to PC or to the cloud.
I am going to enjoy using this at conferences!!

I’ve been wanting a new microphone for podcasting and the Blue Yeti x looked like a good option for me. I found unpacking the microphone slightly challenging, and had to destroy the box to get it open, but that just shows how well the mic is securely nestled. Inside I found the microphone and the cord, but no startup instructions or information about the software available online. I plugged it in and my computer recognized it immediately. The box included one card which explained the various settings and ports. There is a gain knob, which doubles as a mute button, and a Pattern button which indicates what shape of sound it is picking up. Standard micro usb plug in and a 3.5 mm earphone jack. A little more instruction would have been ideal. I did find a small instruction booklet online.
Going online, I found help and got started. My laptop wanted the microphone to serve as the speakers, even though I did not have a headset attached to the microphone. Took me a few minutes to figure this out. Once I finally make the Yeti X the default microphone, and my other speakers the default speakers, we were ready to roll. I recorded in my kitchen with many ambient sounds, including the fridge and air purifier. On replay, my voice sounded crisp and clear and I could not hear the other sounds. I tried to download the Blue Sherpa software, but it insisted that I did not have the microphone attached.
I work at a university and podcasting is one of my popular ways to connect with students and I often have others with me, so the two person configeration will work well for me.

There is a cord that attached to the back of the handle and plugs into the wall. I would contact Shark to send you one.

The box/stand needs to stay within 50 feet of the probe. I went 50 feet from the box and it still worked.
