This is a great range, cooks evenly, love the convection oven. Burners are very powerfull. The only thing we wish was better is the stainless steel finish is different than most others brands and doesn't blend as well as we wanted. But still looks pretty!

Can you turn the convection off and use it as a conventional oven?
Yes just a touch of a button is all it takes. You can cook in regular or convection.
