I have dropped my phone several times and you would never be able to tell. The case is nice because it has a rubber lining that absorbs impact. It also has a raised edge, so that if you drop it, it doesn't crack your screen or a corner.

Heats fine, but smells bad.

We bought this for our baby room. It worked fine as a heater but it stunk up the whole room. We tried it a couple days but it didn't stop smelling, so we returned it and bought an electric heater.
