What long range antenna do I need to increase my wifi connection for my xbox using the RV parks free wifi
For RV antenna - I prefer directional antenna for less interference. But you need to adjust all the time facing the source. It is a tube looking antenna and Cisco sells this type of antenna, Aironet Yagi type. Some people use both Omni type antenna to search and then use directional to establish the connection.

Will this work with a VPN phone if I have no hard wire connection on this floor??
I have a VPN phone (with a poe injector) for work but my router/modem is on a different floor than my office. I'd like to be able to put the phone in my office but have no Ethernet upstairs. Rather than running a cable all the way upstairs, can I use this Ethernet Adapter Kit to use my VPN phone in the office without having a hard wire up there??
This may not answer to your question directly.
What you proposed it should work. I do install POE lines for business and I always do hard wired on it to minimized distortion and to avoid any interference - this is really a pain to diagnose it. All you could do now is try.

need a reepeater, poor signal
Any Range Extender will do the job for poor signal.
Job Hint: Stay with the same brand, same signal band, and same wireless type. like G or N. And best of all the connection between the initial wireless router and the extender device is by wired LAN or through electrical connection type.
