I am getting confused with all the smart plugs now on the market. I am looking for the best smart plug to use with google home and google home minis so that I can command google to turn on or turn off my lights. Can it be used w/extension cord?
The wemo smart plugs work with Google Home and Alexa as well as the Wemo app. You go in though the app and let it discover the devices, you can then name them whatever you want. They will work without issue on an extension cord.
