DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

I am a photographer and this drive failed on me in the middle of backing up my pictures. Computer is not recognizing the drive. Called support, sent me an e-mail to check lights and make sure the cord is plugged in. This product is useless and a waste of money.
My Best Buy number: 2008494188
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
