Love the deep water wash feature

Even though the washer will occasionally go slightly off balance with large uneven loads, the fantastically clean clothes, easy dials, and the deep water feature for any type of load still earns it 5 stars. It's the best washer I've ever used in my opinion. I was sick and tired of my clothes not getting clean in my last "HE" washer.

very low suction

I should have returned this item, but I threw out the box. Although I constantly clean the mechanism, it provides very poor suction not just on the carpet but also on the tile floor. The older model worked much better, and I had it for 6 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
