yes and no. This phone was designed for GSM carriers like AT&T and T-Mobile. It won't work on Verizon or Sprint.
That being said, Straight Talk uses AT&T, Verizon and Sprint towers. So the phone may work as long as it's riding on an AT&T signal but when that becomes too weak or unavailable you'd be without service or at best very poor service.
For a budget phone that works on all the carriers (unlocked) go with the Moto 5G Plus.
