After recent remodel we replaced all our appliances with Samsung products. This microwave is very easy to install even though Samsung placed bolt-down holes in the different location than my previous Kenmore microwave. At least they didn't overlap. They recommend two people installing it but I did it myself without any problems. Make sure you pull out your range-oven. Microwave heats things up quickly and if you use proper dishes they will stay cool. The only thing I am missing that I had on the previous microwave is instant start. Used to press 1 and microwave would start on high for one minute. On this one I have to press 100start to do the same thing. Oh well. I just press +30sec button a couple of times and it works out just fine for now. Got a great deal at BestBuy but their installation services are way too expensive. Sumsung makes great products, so go ahead buy it, you won't regret it later.

This range cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing range.

Don't go cheap on the water hose if you want good water pressure from your fridge. This one is the best. It is long enough and easy to hook up. Very sturdy hose. Glad I bought it.

Bought this range along with the rest of Samsung appliances after our recent remodel and sure glad we did. It is much much much better then our old GE range. Two front burners have a fast boil feature that really works! Very nice and easy to use controls. True Convection is absolutely a must have. It makes life so much easier. One of the best features of this range is a warming drawer. It is absolute party saver! Keeps food nice and warm without overcooking it. Oven can also be set to keep food warm witch is amazing. Installed it myself since BestBuy charges way too much for installation. It is very easy to install the anti-tipping bracket, level it to the countertop height and attach new power cord. I love how sturdy all legs are. It was a breeze to level it.
Overall i highly recommend this range and don't listen to all of those people who spill dirt on Samsung products. Samsung makes all best products on the market today.

We bought this dishwasher along with the rest of the matching Samsung appliances after our resent remodel and we absolutely love it.
Best Buy charges way too much for the installations so I decided to do it myself and it was a breeze. The only bad thing was that I had to stop in the middle of installation and drive to hardware store to pick up a $0.79 drain hose clamp. LOL. It was not in the install kit that I bought with this dishwasher. Other than that it was a very easy install.
I am surprised that people complain on this dishwasher. It is expremly quiet. We can be standing next to it, talking and not hear it run. Can only hear when it disposes of used water because it goes up toward air-gap and then into food disposal. My old Whirlpool dishwasher was so loud that we couldn't hear TV on high in our living room when it ran.
Dishes come out spotless and dry but you have to use JetDry and sanitary cycle! Love it that one fill up of JetDry will last up to 40 washes. So far filled it up once. It has a light that lights up when JetDry is getting low. There is a metal strip above handle that lights up to let you know what it is doing and when its done. Very convenient since all the controls are hidden under the granite countertop.
So far we are very pleased with our purchase and highly recommend it.

After remodeling we bought all new appliances. All made by Samsung.
I was worried after reading a lot of negative comments but still bought this fridge because it looked the best and fit really nicely.
It was delivered very fast along with other appliances.
Very professional delivery team. Took great care of our fresh remodel. Not a scratch anywhere.
This model comes with handles detached so it fitted perfectly thru the door frame. I did remove the front door thou. But at least didn't need to remove fridge doors witch is a lot of work.
I am surprised that people complain on this fridge.
It is 10 times quieter than our old side by side Kenmore.
We looked at all the rest of the models and brands and found this to be the best one for our needs.
Next day after it was delivered to us it went on huge sale. I went to the store with my receipt and they refunded me a difference in price no questions asked.
So I am very happy with my purchase and overall BestBuy experience.

This kit has a very good water hose and lots of other pieces of hardware. Some were useful for my install. There were some of pieces left after install since they are trying to accommodate all possible installations.
One negative thing about it is that it does not include a clamp for the drain hose. Its only $0.79 but since it was not in the package had to stop installation and drive to the hardware store to pick one up. Thats annoying. So save yourself some time and pick one up.
