Great screen, some dippy bloatware, screen is phenomenal, lots of great features like the 16MP camera. The manual is very spotty and vague. Going on line to better understand the phone is a necessity.
Aside from all of the wonderful things about this phone, I am disappointed in it's quirky, bothersome loss of internet connections which happen frequently.

Thanks to the BB associate in the computer section of the store for attaching the Zagg screen for me. He was patient, professional and a perfectionist! Yes, there was a reasonable fee for the screen installation, but I think it would have taken me much longer had I tried it on myself.
