Office 365 is a good product but is often cumbersome to use. Do not like all of the features and thus don't use all of them. One has to be careful if office is used to save to one's hard drive as it will automatically just save to the Cloud.

Webroot security and antivirus is a great product. I have used Webroot for years and I am satisfied. Reasonably priced and I believe better than all the others out there. Wouldn't use any other brand. Only problem is I'm still getting billed for my Webroot subscription for my old computer after I purchased the new one for my new computer. Called Geek Squad and they said just to ignore the bills from my old one.

Great transfer from my old computer.

The Geek Squad was able to transfer all of my data, files, etc., from my old computer to the new one. Problems with the old computer but wasn't sure if they could transfer it all, but it worked. First informed me that it would take 3-5 days, but I got a call stating it was ready the day after I purchased the new computer. Great service!

The 10,000 BTU Frigidaire AC that we bought is an excellent value. It easily cools my living room and we often have to raise the temperature because it actually gets cold at times. My living room is on the south side of the house and gets very hot. The price was right for this unit. It is relatively quiet, but not completely silent. Very pleased with this purchase.

Is it self evaporating
This unit is self-evaporating to an extent. Not much water drips on the ground like in old units, but not enough water collects in the base to damage the unit. Whenever the unit starts and shuts down is when water drips to the ground. Our unit runs a lot and there has been no water entering the house, so it evaporates pretty well.

How many inches hang outside? I have security bars and wonder how much room I have
Several inches hangs outside. It is a relatively large unit and the vents require several inches in clearance. If your security bars are less than 12 inches away from your window frame, this unit wouldn't work for you.
