I bought this as an opened item at a discounted price. I was told nothing was wrong with it. The woman who purchased simply didn't realize she needed electric, not gas. Well one of the feet is missing making it impossible to balance. I called to ask to get one and was basically told it wasn't their problem. Not happy after spending a few 100 dollars. The product does work well but the service was not good.
